PDA Needs your help!
Every year PDA needs to run a successful Fundraising Event. PDA chooses to do one big event to raise the money for PDAs annual budget. This year our theme is PDA around the World. We need parent volunteers to help head committees and to help with committess. We also need donations. With any great event it is not what you know, but who you know. Below is a list of what PDA will need donated for the big event. Please email amykwan@pdausa.net if you have or know of someone who can provide the following items.
25 round tables that seat 10,250 chairs,a tent canipy that covers all of the 25 round tables outside, 5 and 1 jumper for the kids to play in during the event
Food- We need Italian booth, Mexican Booth, Chinese Booth, American Booth, Indian booth, and any other nationality booth that could be provided. If you know someone in the reseraunt business that could donated items to a booth we would be forever grateful. The booth food needs to beable to serve 100 people.
Table coverings, center pieces, and all paper goods for the event. Drinks- sodas, juices and water,
Committe help we still need- Set up, ticket sales, and costume we need atleast 2 volunteers to help with each committe. The committes are Food, Ticket sales, Donations, Set-up , clean-up, Chaperones, Costume, Silent Auction, Baskets, Check in and out, and program. Please step to the plate and help PDA have another successful Fundraising Event.
